In later revisions of the Saturn port as well as the PC version, there’s a second credit roll that explains this a bit in-game: I wouldn’t add Hataya to the “My Dear Friend, Rally” track. In addition to those tracks, the Saturn version adds some new music specific to the port (i.e, the replay and menu music, the re-arrangement of the attract mode song “Power Games”) which was done by Naofumi Hataya. Now Saturn Sega Rally’s soundtrack is an odd mix to say the least – most of the in game music is actually sourced from a remix album that had come out a few months before the Saturn port, “Sega Rally Championship Ignition”, where all the tracks are arranged and produced by guitarist Takayuki Hijikata.
